We don’t have to train like an athlete to include physical activity in our daily routines. Whether it’s the Couch to 5K or an exercise routine before you get in the shower, we must find ways to move more throughout the day.
You may want to bring your tennis shoes to this session… we might have you get up and move!
There are two FREE workshops available. They will only take 20 minutes of your time and we will be around for questions following the session.
