Even worse, the studies show doing some physical activity each day does not offset the detrimental effects of too much sitting.

The second annual Healthy at H-E-B Community Challenge begins on September 1st and ends November 1st. This eight-week competition challenges cities, towns, and communities across the state to compete to see which can demonstrate the greatest commitment to healthy living.
